Example: <\/p><p>For the purpose of our real estate agent and advisor liability, we store completed cases for 10 years (in some cases 30 years). The time limits are set according to the Danish statute of limitations. <\/p><p>Regardless of any other deletion of your information, we always save addresses of the properties we have and have had on commission. We also register and use this information to prepare and check the statutory material required in a real estate transaction and to ensure that a transaction can be completed. We update the information on an ongoing basis.  <\/li><\/ul><p><strong><br>Third parties we share your personal data with<\/strong><\/p><p><em>In some cases, we share your personal data with certain third parties inside and outside the company Brikk Gruppen ApS:<\/em><\/p><ul><li>&#8211; If you have asked us to order a photographer, floor plan, condition report, etc. we will pass on the information about you and your property that is necessary to contact you and fulfill the agreement.<\/li><li>&#8211; We disclose information about you for the processing of the sales pitch and the transaction in its entirety to the e-Net to the extent that we have your consent<\/li><li>&#8211; We pass on information to the housing portal <a href=\"https:\/\/flexya.dk\/\">Flexya A\/S<\/a>.<\/li><li>&#8211; We use Google Calendar and Gmail. Therefore, personal data such as name, phone number, address etc. will be transferred to Google data centers.  <\/li><li>&#8211; We disclose information to <a href=\"https:\/\/zigna.com\/\">Zigna<\/a> and their photographers to take pictures of your home.<\/li><li>&#8211; We pass information to <a href=\"https:\/\/penneo.com\/da\/\">Penneo<\/a> when documents are signed, as they facilitate this part.<\/li><li>&#8211; We use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.klarna.com\/dk\/\">Klarna<\/a> as our payment system, when you pay in they handle your card details.<\/li><li>&#8211; We use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pipedrive.com\/\">Pipedrive<\/a> to handle the sales process as it relieves the burden on our brokers. If you sell your property through us, your name, address, phone number etc. will be stored in Pipedrive. <\/li><li>&#8211; We disclose information about you to utility companies, including your social security number, only to the extent required and with your consent.<\/li><li>&#8211; In connection with the registration of deeds and other documents, we pass on your social security number to the land registry.<\/li><li>&#8211; If you have given your consent, we will pass on your email address to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boligsiden.dk\/\">Boligsiden<\/a> for use in Boligsiden&#8217;s survey of your satisfaction with the real estate agent.<\/li><li>&#8211; We disclose information about you to public authorities where we are required to do so under applicable law, including the Money Laundering Act.<\/li><li>&#8211; We may disclose your information internally within the group and to external business partners (including to advisors and banks) if we have your consent or we have a statutory right to do so.<\/li><li>-We disclose your data to external bookkeepers and auditors to the extent necessary.<\/li><li>&#8211; In connection with IT development, hosting and support, we transfer personal data to data processors. We ensure that your rights are protected and that the level of protection is maintained in connection with such data transfers, for example through the use of standard contracts approved by the European Commission or the Danish Data Protection Agency.  <\/li><li>&#8211; We regularly send out newsletters and occasionally run competitions where we collect contact information such as name and email. If this information is shared with a third party, it will be clearly stated in the competition or offer. It may be a prerequisite for participation that Brikk or others may contact you subsequently &#8211; this will be clearly stated in the competition conditions. Our know-how, trade secrets and internal assessments and materials may also be exempt from the right of access.   <\/p><p><strong>Objection to direct marketing<\/strong><\/p><p>You have the right to object to our use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to such purpose.<\/p><p><strong>Editing or deleting Brikks data<\/strong><\/p><p>If our data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you are entitled to have the information edited or deleted, subject to restrictions under applicable law or rights to process data. These rights are referred to as the &#8220;right to rectification&#8221;, &#8220;right to erasure&#8221; and &#8220;right to be forgotten&#8221;. <\/p><p>If you have entered into an agency agreement, consultancy agreement or rectification agreement with us, you have also signed a document explaining Brikk&#8217;s personal data processing, where you get a comprehensive overview of the processing of your personal data based on your customer relationship with us. The same applies if you as a buyer have signed a purchase offer or a purchase agreement. <\/p><p><strong>Limited use<\/strong><\/p><p>If you believe that the information we have registered about you is incorrect or if you have objected to our use of the information, you can demand that we restrict the use of the information for storage. The use will only be restricted until the accuracy of the data can be confirmed or until it can be verified whether our legitimate interests outweigh your interests. <\/p><p>If you are entitled to request us to delete the information we have registered about you, you can instead request us to restrict the use of this information to storage. If we only need to use the information we have registered about you to assess a legal claim, you may also request that other uses of the information be restricted to storage.
